Noezybuckets

Mentorship program available to all of our athletes | mentorship program

overview

What is included:

  • Athletes will have access to monthly zoom meetings with their position coach, where they will be able to break down a technical concept, ask questions, talk about technique, or emotional intelligence concepts to empower them to be more confident on the court and get mentored by a professional athlete and coach.
  • Athletes will have access to Josh Brecheisen which is a volleyball mindset coach who works with professional athletes on visualization, self-talk, positive mindset, and getting your mind “game-ready”. He will talk with athletes before tournaments and after.
  • Athletes will get access to the online academy where they will become students of the game in their respective positions. Athletes can choose up to 2 positions to have access to. These academies will provide skills videos and training as well as video break down on new concepts the USA and national teams are doing.
  • noezybuckets coaches will have debrief sessions with all of our coaches, and provide training to them on these same techniques so that we can continue to reinforce them during practice.
  • Athletes will have the opportunity to sign up with in person training sessions with position specific coaches 3 times a year.
  • We are in an exclusive partnership. Which means no other club will receive training by noezybuckets within the Houston area. All training is only available to MoCo athletes. As of now, we are the only club team in the entire state that will hold this partnership, as they only work with 6 clubs a year.
  • Social media promotion of our athletes on Instagram that has over 100,000 followers, and the possibility of including our athletes in future academy and training videos. This is beneficial for recruiting and athlete exposure.

We believe the 7 benefits listed above are an opportunity for our athletes that can not be passed up. Our mission is to provide the best training available and to be
